Our artists have a graphical training and make sure that the imitation is as good as possible.
On a Warhol canvas we make a screen imitation, and even repeat the "errors" of the original artist.
- no digital tone separation but a screen separation
- ageing effect
- overlay of the coloured areas
On a Liechtenstein we imitate the dots, recreating the projection and painting method of the original.
- line work: no photoshop conversion, but real penstrokes, manually drawn with the digital palette.
- use of the primary colours of the comic presses (red, yellow, blue)
- colour graduations made in halftone areas by using dots
